The private gulf-front pool is just steps from the pristine, white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Pool heat can be requested and turned on for an additional charge. Through a large glass sliding door, guests will find themselves in the first floor entertainment room with seating for four, a flat screen TV, and a wet bar with ice maker. Off the entertainment area lays the home’s first floor King Suite. With a King bed, a flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a full en suite bath with a large walk-in shower, this lavish suite only scratches the surface of the luxury accommodations this home provides. Access to the second and third floor is made easy by an in-home elevator.

The second floor of the property plays host to the home’s open floor plan living area, the Master Suite, and a large gulf-front balcony. Gulf views can be taken in from the entirety of the open living area. The kitchen features top-of-the-line Dacor stainless steel appliances including a gas range. The formal dining area seats eight, while seating for four additional guests is available at barstools along the kitchen counter. The living room features ample seating, a fireplace, and a large 70" flat screen TV. Through two sets of French doors guests can access the second floor balcony that overlooks the sugar white sands and emerald waters!.

The lone sleeping arrangements on the second floor come in the form of the home’s Master Suite. Boasting a extra comfortable king bed, a private balcony, a flat screen TV, a fireplace, and a large walk-in closet, the Master Suite encompasses modern beauty. The Master Bath is equally as impressive with a private water closet, a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a large bath.

The third floor of the home encompasses the majority of the home’s sleeping accommodations. Two King Suites and a 2x Queen Suite, each with its own private en suite bath grace the third floor of the property. In addition, a large bunk room with two sets of twin bunks sleeps four and has its own full bath. An extra living space is also on this floor that's great for board games, puzzles or playing cards.

Shipwatch is a gated community located in the prestigious Miramar Beach area. Tucked just off Scenic Highway 98, Shipwatch provides vacationers with close walking proximity to the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, grocery and several dining options. The Destin Commons, golf courses of SanDestin, and the Destin airport are all just a few minutes drive. Both Old Destin and SanDestin are a stone’s throw away from this premier beachfront community.
