Kathy's house was just like it was described in the listing. Three bedrooms with ample space and one great master bedroom. The kitchen was big and fully stocked so making a full breakfast or late night snack was no problem. It was great to have a 24 hour supermarket called Smith's just five minutes away by car. The rooms were clean with amenities included so you don't need to buy extra shampoo or body soap. If there's one thing I would add as constructive criticism, it would be to add more light bulbs to the lighting fixtures. Darkness wasn't really a problem but it would have been nice to have the option to make the rooms brighter if so desired. The greatest thing about the accommodation is the host. Kathy is very attentive, thoughtful and a great communicator. I can't say enough about how super she was and she definitely goes above and beyond a host's normal duties. The next time I am in Las Vegas I will definitely look for one of her listings first. Thanks so much Kathy!
You can expect Kathy to respond quickly to anything you bring up. The place was wonderful. I like TV at night & early morning, and each room has a large TV and more channels than anyone needs. Also you can record which came in handy for the WNBA finals. Location was great for every where we wanted to go.
