A short hop away is the Mystic Aquarium 1.5 miles, Casino's 20 min, and Beaches. This was my family house growing up and we are empty nester's now. We worked hard stripping and redoing the Hardwood floors, painting, and updating the kitchen with new appliances, a new counter top and sink.
It is well stocked with cooking items and spices. There is plenty of parking. A front and back porch for lots of sitting and relaxing after a day of site seeing. Yard with Grill, picnic area, lots of Adirondacks, Swings and we have a lovely view of Mystic, Birds, and a Garden. We have a Pack and Play and High Chair.

This house was more than we hoped for. The entire house is fully stocked with everything you need from bandaids to wine stoppers and everything in between. Back yard is quiet and relaxing, beautiful. Front and back porch, chairs, swing. We grilled steaks, baked cookies, all ate at the large dining table where we also played games with plenty of room for everyone. It was the perfect place to be together as a family. Parked 4 cars easily. AC in every room. I can't say enough good things about this property!
The house was perfect for our annual golf trip. We had a great time.
