Description

This Edgartown contemporary with CENTRAL A/C is a very good find: located near the bike path, on a private road with only a dozen other homes, a third of a mile from shopping, a mile or so to the village center, a mile plus to five miles of beach on the Vineyard's north coast (child-friendly State Beach). Outside there is a wrap around deck and another larger deck on the south side. There are sufficient trees to afford privacy but not to block the sun.
 
As you see from the pictures, the sun is welcomed through many sliders and windows. Inside, the furnishings are simple but well chosen and purchased new. The kitchen is fully equipped. The merged living/dining room with hardwood floors has a cathedral ceiling with overhead fan. Also downstairs there is a full bath, washer/dryer, and two bedrooms each offering a pair of twins.
 
Upstairs, there is a bath with a shower, a bedroom with a king size bed and a slider to a small balcony, and a family room with a twin size trundle bed. This is an inviting home.
