The owners call this PIPPIN. To be sure, everything has its own time. A time to work and a time to play; a time to do and a time to think; a time to wind and a time to unwind. Bring your lap top and your tank top, your volleyball and your dreams; your attitude and your lassitude. Here is a vacation retreat that enables all of the above at A MODEST RENTAL RATE. Tucked into the woods of Katama Plain it is about 2 miles from South Beach and about 2.5 miles to Edgartown center. Best of all, you can imagine you are a hundred miles from most everything or just next door. As you choose.
 
There are three bedrooms: one queen, one double and two singles, two full baths, a living/dining room that spills out onto a generous deck with its picnic table, ample chairs and chaises and the requisite outdoor shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. The washer and dryer are at your command. The cable powered TV and the VCR await your boredom or your need for the kids to be occupied.
 
The spacious screened porch off the kitchen is spacious! With table and chairs for six and some toys, Something for everyone.
This home has several returning guests each year. Some for six or seven years. Please note that pets are considered.
