''Vineyard Charmer'' is an apt description for this CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONED home. The owners have demonstrated impeccable choice in colors and furnishings. As one guest said, ''They have thought of everything.'' Your introduction to this home is the full width screened front porch complete with picnic table seating, a gas grill and picnic table.
 
Inside you are met with decorating thoughtfulness: comfortable sofa and chair seating in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a cupboard for the washer and dryer, all the cook ware, utensils and dishes you want, a dining room that seats six plus a desk for computer access, a bath with shower and a bedroom with the double bed. To your right is another bedroom, ample sized, with queen bed and pull out sofa, comfortable seating and an attached tub/shower bath and access to another deck.
 
Outside on the south side is a large deck furnished with table, umbrella and chairs seating six plus the adjacent well-maintained lawn entirely enclosed by a picket fence. The yard is a great place for both children and adults. We unreservedly commend to you Vineyard Charmer.
