On a surface of 420m 2 and three floors, the Bergvilla offers space for up to 12 people. There are numerous retreats, a large living space for the entire group, as well as a spacious terrace with a covered lounge, which promises a cozy get-together and does not allow disturbing views from the outside.
Starting with the noble furnished living area on the top floor. It has an open marble fireplace, a large screen flat screen TV and a spacious south-facing terrace, which can be used in any weather thanks to a covered lounge.
The sophisticated indoor pool is also located on the top floor and is integrated in the living area. The indoor pool is heated year-round. The large, heated bench offers plenty of space and provides with radiant heat for a soothing rest. In addition, the comfortable loungers invite you to relax.

All kind of loud music in the outside areas are not permitted. Our neighbours have the rigth to be not disturbed during night hours. As to our local law, from 10 p.m. any kind of noice in the outside areas is prohibited. |
