Ideal for families, couples and/or fishing fanatics. We offer the Best of the Abacos - luxurious fully furnished rental homes with private docks on an inlet in the Hope Town Harbour. The main access to the property is by boat, although there is a foot/bicycle path to the property. We are close enough to town for all the conveniences the settlement has to offer, including restaurants, grocery stores, and gift shops, but yet we are far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and private setting. Head out in a rental boat to explore neighboring islands, walk a pristine beach, snorkel our spectacular reefs, visit the historical lighthouse and museum or take a charter and go deep sea fishing with the Legendary Bahamian fisherman, Cap'n Robert Lowe. Relax at the end of the day in the comfort of the centrally air conditioned home, in the fresh water swimming pool, in a hammock on the screened porch or dock, or stroll around the gardens and orchard. The homes are immaculate and we pride ourselves on the personal attention given to make your dream vacation extra special. The 3 bedroom/2bath home, known as Gully's Ridge can accommodate up to 7 people. If you have a larger crowd, rent the 2 bedroom/2bath home on the adjacent property, known as Gully's Nest, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Come enjoy the islands with your extended family or group of friends in one private setting. It is nice to be able to travel together, but great to be able to retire to your own space if desired. The rental rate depends on how many people and how many bedrooms/bathrooms will be used, starting at $1250.00 up to $3800 per week. We do accept shorter stays with a minimum of a 3 night stay. There is an additional flat rate fee of $150.00 extra for accommodating one extra person in each home (7 for Gully's Ridge and 5 for Gully's Nest). Our cancellation policy is we will provide a full refund less $100.00 administrative fee IF we are able to re-rent the property.

About the Owner

We are a unique couple, my husband, a native Bahamian and I am a SC transplant who visited the islands many years ago and fell in love with them. Eventually I met my soul mate, an islander, who is also known as one of the best fishermen around and I was lucky enough to catch and marry him. Together we've raised 2 fine sons and built our rental homes on a secluded piece of land, close to the Hope Town settlement. This special piece of paradise is a hidden treasure in the beautiful Abaco islands and we are proud to share it with you.

Awesome rental home in Hope Town!

We can't say enough GREAT things about our stay ! Karen & Robert are such fabulous hosts and really made us feel at home! This was the first time we've rented a home where the owners are nearby and I must say it was a huge plus! They always gave us our privacy but were always there if we needed them. The homes are well equipped and very comfortable. The location is GREAT and easy to see all that Abaco has to offer with the convenience of Hope Town. A few things we did that we LOVED! 1. Chartered Fishing Trip with Capt Robert - this was definitely a highlight of our trip. We went fishing for mutton snapper and caught quite a bit of fish! Enough to feed 9 people for 3 meals and we didn't even keep 1/2 of our portion of the catch. Capt Robert is well-known throughout Abaco and for good reason - he knows what he's doing. Lovely experience if you are looking for a charter! 2. Eat at Firefly - YUM YUM YUM! Our favorite meal by far and it was a recommendation from Karen - thank you Karen! 3. Pete's Pub - if you have a rental boat, definitely head to Pete's Pub - it does not disappoint! Other notable spots - Tahiti Beach & Whale Cay!
