The property is probably the best maintained and the cleanest I have seen in many years of travel. The pool area and public areas are clean and quiet and well looked after. A safe and secure building. As for the condo itself it could use a lot of updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. The vents need cleaning as for all the fixtures. . I started but realized I was there for a holiday , not to clean. Otherwise was a great place, nice Furnishings.
This was an awesome place to stay for a month. We especially loved the pool area. It is not in the middle of everything going on in Waikiki so we got a lot of exercise walking! Ali'i Beach Rentals was a great company to work with and will definitely rent from them again, if possible. There were a couple of cleaning issues and maintenance items with the condo initially, and they immediately sent someone over to take care of them. Loved their quick response time and desire to make everything ok. We would definitely stay here again if we were staying for a month in Oahu, although we usually divide our time up between other islands too. Definitely recommend this for anyone who can stay for a month at a time!
It was also near Waikiki and it was also near Ala Moana, so convenient at the time which passes to drink in the evening. There is also a bus stop in the neighborhood and. You supported us very kindly, so "Rita" of a staff is very thankful. We'd like to stay certainly again. Please take care of everyone of a staff at that time! In particular, Rita!
This location is walking distance to everything in Waikiki. I stayed about 5 months in this location and it was well worth it.
