Courtmoor Farm has received the AA 4 Yellow Stars Highly Commended award for 2009/10. This award is for guest accommodation reaching the top 10% within their star rating for overall quality. ”It was no surprise to return to Courtmoor Farm and find such impressive levels of maintenance and presentation throughout all areas of the establishment, all of which reflect the tangible sense of “housepride” which is so clearly evident. Bedrooms all offer comparable levels of quality and comfort with the changes made, such as new throws and improved seating, having consolidated upon existing standards. Housekeeping remains diligent and accurate with no serious lapses identified, again reflecting the professionalism of the approach here. Public areas have great charm and provide generous levels of space for guests to relax and enjoy the environment. Similar comments apply to the dining room with good table spacing and family artifacts adding homely appeal. As a result of this visit, the classification of four stars is retained with a Farmhouse Designator.” AA Inspection February 2010.
