Description

The house was re furbished in 2008. To the south side of the house there is a large living room connecting to the kitchen dinning room. The kitchen, dinning room has double doors that lead onto the patio dinning area overlooking the garden and the sea.

To the north side of the house are the three bedrooms (all doubles). There is an en-suite to the master bedroom and a family bathroom services the other two bedrooms. The house is painted in neutral tones and all the linen and towels that are provided are of the best quality and sourced from Europe.

There are safes, hairdryers and robes provided to all the rooms to add a little extra luxury. The garden is partly decked and a sun trap. It has sun loungers and fresh beach-towels are supplied daily. The deck pathway leads directly to the beach via a private gateway.

The house faces due West and therefore enjoys the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea and glorious sunsets.

Camden Nook is the perfect venue to chill out and unwind.

Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit of USD$500 is required for each booking, this deposit is left either with the wholesaler/travel agent or in the case of a direct booking, with the management of Camden Nook. This deposit is held for a minimum of two weeks after departure from the villa and is returned in full if there are no damages or incidentals. Alternatively, an open credit card is acceptable. The card will only be charged if there are damages or incidentals.
