Carolina Place is nestled in a lovely part of famous Sea Pines Plantation in a very quiet, mostly residential community. The villa complex has beautiful single family and multiple family dwellings and a well-equipped pool and tennis court facility.
This home has been recently (2013) freshened with new paint, new hardwood floors, new bedroom furniture, new smart TVs and is just being opened for the rental season of 2016. We are a NON-smoking and NON-pet unit, so please honor our request since other visitors will be affected.
The master bedroom has a high-quality mattress for a good night's sleep. The Master bedroom is decorated with a beach motif. It has a flat screen smart TV.
The second bedroom is decorated in a lighthouse motif. There is a flat screen smart TV. The bedrooms and bathroom are separated and private. The loft offers two twin beds with new mattresses and there is a full bath for the loft.
Telephone service provided allows unlimited long distance calling in the continental US. There is basic cable TV service and a strong Wi-Fi network which is password protected.
Just across the street is a crystal clear on-site pool and the hot tub for Carolina Place residents and tenants. You can also use the outdoor barbecue area which has gas grills.
Sea Pines Plantation has wide walking and cycling paths that wind past gorgeous homes, lakes and golf courses. The paths are not directly on the road but rather, they are safely separated from traffic. Mossy trees keep you cool and the local wildlife is something to see. We keep our calendar up to date.

AvailableHilton Head Island is a premier family vacation spot. We enjoy it during the winter months and invite guests to share our villa during the peak summer weeks during tvacatiohe summer. We hope you will find Hilton Head Island a relaxing and wonderful vacation place.
We really enjoyed our stay over July 4th 2017. The property was very peaceful and quiet. We were able to really relax and enjoy beautiful Sea Pines. It is close to the bike paths and we were able to ride up to the front gate and get morning coffee easily every day. Kitchen is well enough equipped that we were also able to cook a few meals when we weren't enjoying seafood over at the Salty Dog Cafe. I really liked that it was situated very close to the pool which had two nice gas grills to use on the 4th. Great time and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for the month of March. It was perfect for us. If you like nature you will love it here. Plenty of walking and bike trails, near the forest preserve and a short drive to the beach. The condo is very well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. In addition, the mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable and overnight guests said the guest room one was as well. We plan to return next year.
This was our first time in Hilton Head and our first time using VRBO and we cannot say enough wonderful things about it. This house was EXACTLY like the pictures. So clean, so much room, and super comfortable. It was in a great central location and easy for us to get any where on the island. I cannot rave about this house enough. I will 100% be recommending this house to any one I know going to Hilton Head for their next family vacation!
