Enjoy the beach, bike paths and restaurants of North Forest Beach at the southern end of Hilton Head Island. Five bedrooms sleep ten comfortably in the beach house with private pool, outdoor kitchen and fenced in yard, complete with swings and glide.
Cleanliness and comfort are a top priority for us. We keep the house allergy free, so there are no pets. High quality linens and plush towels are included.
Golf and tennis are close to Shipyard Plantation, which has three nine-hole golf courses and the world-renowned Van Der Meer tennis center.
Plenty of dining at the Coligny Center. If you are the type of food, ride your bike to Piggly Wiggly in Coligny to buy the freshest local seafood on the island.
The house offers two master suites and three bedrooms for children and other guests, 3.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.
Walk 250 yards to the beach and return to the private patio for a refreshing dip while your evening meal is prepared by one of your fellow travelers in the outdoor BBQ area. The fenced yard is safe for children who will enjoy the swing and glide in a safe play area.
The pool is 16 'X 35' and is surrounded by lush greenery which makes for a private and tranquil setting to enjoy your family gatherings. Enjoy old palmettos and oaks in a garden of gardenias, hibiscus, citrus and camellias.
This is the first year that this home was in the short term rental market. It is an original North Forest Beach home that underwent a complete renovation in 2007.
The kitchen area includes two refrigerators, two washing machines and double ovens. For those who prefer to be out in the pool area, enjoy preparing your meals at the outdoor grill.
The hardwood floors ensure cleanliness and an inviting ambience.
This is a family-friendly neighborhood and is perfect for a family reunion or party.
Both large indoor and outdoor dining rooms are 10. A breakfast bar in the kitchen and a board game / reading room are separated from the main meeting area where the wood burning fireplace is located under a crafted ceiling.
In addition, the grilling area is a fire that requires a recreational burn license from the City of Hilton Head, through the local fire department (located just off the Pope's Avenue, at the entrance of the Yard). It's a great way to enjoy a marshmallow roast.

Owner was very nice and helpful when I had troubles with the grill. House was very well setup, very clean, and had great setup in the backyard with a pool. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Beach was about 200 yards away (3 blocks) and area is very quiet.
Charming house comfortable 6 adults, 1 teenager and 3 younger children. Well equipped. Only suggestion would be more forks and a non-stick pan. The pool and backyard were a highlight, a gathering place for everyone. It even has a play area for smaller kids. Close to the beach. Highly recommend. The J's

This is a lovely home, inside and out, and one of the very best we've stayed at in many years of visiting Hilton Head. The house is roomy, and very pleasant, and working with Eve was great. The kitchen is well stocked, and CLEAN, there are books and games throughout the house, and the pool is truly lovely. We only experienced minor challenges adjusting to the house, but really enjoyed our stay, and hope to stay there again!
