This condo is located in Palmetto Dunes which is a world-class gated resort known for its fantastic beach, three championship golf courses, and award winning tennis. The beach is perfect for bike riding with its hard sand near the water's edge. The golf courses (two of which are within two min's. bike ride) provide even more riding and walking opportunities on their cart paths anytime after 7:00 in the evening. While there is a boat launching area about a mile from the condo, the owners have launched kayaks from the bank behind the condo. Fishing can also be done from the same place.
This spacious two bedroom, two bath villa has one of the best lagoon views in Centrecourt! Great floor plan with two master suites, each boasting two queen size beds and cable television. Come and enjoy the large newly tiled living area with cathedral ceiling and the updated kitchen with granite countertops. Pets are allowed. Please email for details.

Centrecourt has a pool, is in close proximity to tennis courts, and is less than three-tenths of a mile walk to the beach.

This condo is in a great location for accessing the beach and bicycle riding. If you don't want to make the 10-15 walk to the beach, you can call the Dunes Shuttle and they will pick you up right at your unit location. Upon our arrival the unit was well cleaned and did not contain a pet odor. Our dogs were very comfortable and it was easy to take them for walks several times a day. There were suffiicient towels and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware. My only concern was with the washer; there were 5 of us and it was a little small for the amount of laundry we were doing. It is a great place to stay and we highly recommend it to other families, especially if you have pets that you want to take with you to the beach. Also the owners, the Niches, are quick to respond when you are booking or for any inquiries you may have.
We had a wonderful time at 7814 Centre Court. The unit is well appointed, clean, neat, and the beds amd furniture were very comfortable. The location is excellent. You are a two minute walk to tennis, pickleball, the general store, Alexanders Restaurant, and the bike/kayak rental. Short 3 minute bike ride to the beach! The unit is a second floor unit FYI.
Enjoyed the location of the condo. Quick bike ride to the beach. Loved the pool. Condo was really quiet and private. The deck overlooking the water was so serene. I miss it already.
After 5 years of spending Jan. - March on the beach, we decided to 'move inland' to Centre Court this year. Yes it was tough giving up seeing the sunrise over the beach, but we found Centre Court to be a much friendlier stay. With all the 4-plexes, you tend to run into people just about every time you go out and many of them have dogs, too, so there's that 'instant bond' and we met many new friends and are looking forward to seeing them again next year. One of the nice things about being in 7814 is that it's on the 2nd floor and the living area has a vaulted ceiling and I have to believe it's quieter up there than on 1st floor. This is a very spacious unit with nice windows and covered deck overlooking a lagoon. It is well appointed and has four comfortable queen size beds, a colorful living room and a well stocked kitchen. Hungry to thirst? Alexander's in just across the lagoon ... you're there in a couple of minutes. The beach? An easy 10 minute walk to the Disney beach access. Golf ... 3 minute walk to the Fazio course or 5 to the Trent Jones. We love the central location of Palmetto Dunes to shopping and the myriad of excellent dining that Hilton Head has to offer. I only wish I had access to a grill somewhere on the Centre Court property. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year! Oh ... you'll enjoy your stay too!!
We had wonderful time once again this year. We simply love coming to the condo and really enjoyed kayaks this time. Thank you again and can't wait for next year!
Wonderfull quiet vacation stay, close to everything. Our second time staying at the property, just as nice as our first visit. We hope to be back again in the future.
