This small one bedroom vacation rental house had a chimney brick of 1837. It may have been a replacement chimney. It has been beautifully restored and modern comforts have been added such as air-conditioning and a gas furnace.

Bear Swamp stay house has a queen bed, twin bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the TV room. The bathroom has a shower in the tub. It has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, phone, and cable TV.

The fireplace can be used by the guests for $10. Pets are allowed in this house for $5 and smoking is not permitted inside.

Policy

Check in time is after 2:30 and check out time is 11:30. Earlier or later is possible depending on other guest scheduled for that house. Reservations are confirmed with Visa, American Express or Master Card. The policy is no charge if cancellations are made within 48 hours. Cash or personal checks are also accepted at check in.
