The established community of Hampton Lakes is well known and very popular with Orlando visitors. Located on Highway 27 it is close to the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions the area has to offer. Local bars, restaurants and shopping are only a few minutes away. This spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom pool home has everything you will need for an unforgettable stay with TV’s in every bedroom, there’s even a games room in the garage. The villa has an open floor plan with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.
There is a master bedroom downstairs which has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and bathroom which also acts as the shared bathroom downstairs. Upstairs you will find a further 3 bedrooms, there are 2 rooms with twin beds, each themed as a boy and girl bedroom with a shared bathroom. The 5th bedroom has bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom.
Every bedroom has its own TV, and the home has Free WI- FI. The garage has been converted to a games room and features a pool table and air hockey game.
Outside you will find the beautiful pool area with patio table for dining outdoors and enjoying the warm Florida evenings as well as 4 sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine.
Hampton Lakes' location provides easy access to Interstate 4 making it easy to get to both of the Florida Coasts, the sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast to the West and the Atlantic coast to the East where you can find surfers taking to the sea. There is a community pool, picnic and BBQ area, children's playground, tennis courts and beach volleyball court all within walking distance from the house.

Very beautiful house. Peaceful place to stay. Great for families. We felt very safe also. Very clean and stylish. Everything you need near by. A bit of a drive to the beach, but close enough to airport which was great! Personally like white towels when traveling. I would stay again! Thank you!! :))
