This two storey villa is located on the Hampton Lakes development in Davenport. It is a truly beautiful home and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Situated in a small close of only 4 houses and on a wide grassy plot, there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, of which 2 are master bedrooms.
Upon entry you are greeted with the stylish dining room, seating 6, and formal seating area with comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, as well as a wooden rocking chair just perfect for kicking back and reading a book. Moving on through there is a fully equipped kitchen with black appliances, central island, fridge with water/ice dispenser and bar area seating 4. There is also a small breakfast table that seats 3-4 people, patio doors leading to the pool area and the family seating area. This comprises of 3 seater sofa, 2 seater loveseat, armchair, large flatscreen TV, Wii console, 2 controllers, DVD player and cable TV.
Outside there is a fully screened in large pool and spacious patio deck with a shaded lanai area where you can enjoy a meal at the table or soak up the Florida rays on a sun lounger while the kids splash about in the pool. As the house sits on a corner plot there is a wide expanse of grass surrounding the pool screen.
There is room for only one car in the garage as to one side there is a multi-fitness weight machine. However, there is off street parking at the front for two cars.
The first of the master bedrooms is quite large and has a king size bed, sofa, patio doors leading directly to the pool area, a flatscreen TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with oval tub, separate shower cubicle, twin basins and WC. The second master bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed, walk in closet, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, single basin and WC. The remaining 3 bedrooms have twin beds, double closet and all have flatscreen TVs. There are two family bathrooms, the first has twin basins, bath/shower and WC the other has a shower, single basin, WC and door to the pool area, ideal for showering off after a swim.
