Plenty of seating for the family at the breakfast nook which seats 4 and the dining room table which seats 6.
A full-sized washer and dryer, towels & linens, iron & ironing board and hair dryer are also included for your convenience. The private pool is screened in and can be heated for an additional supplement during the winter months. The garage has a games room (extra fee) to keep the kids entertained when resting from the parks.
Community facilities include a childrens playground, volleyball court, community pool and walking paths around the lake. Hampton Lakes is a great community and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
