Southern New Hampshire's premier Bed and Breakfast is now under new ownership. A beautiful 1850 home, complete with historic plaque, is the way a Bed and Breakfast should be. Stillmeadow was a Honeymoon house built in 1850 by John Dana Ordway the year he married Marie- Louise Kent. This Colonial "Italianate" Style house is set in two acres of gardens with many original features combined with the highest levels of modern comfort and amenities. Under new ownership - Stillmeadow Bed & Breakfast is now owned and operated by Margaret & Willie Mitchell, who recently moved to the United States from Scotland, where they had owned a B&B for the previous twenty one years. Margaret is a fellow of the British Institute of Innkeeping and brings her own special expertise in providing first class service and accommodation to Hampstead. |
