To avoid disappointment we suggest you reserve in advance to ensure the style of cottage and time period required. Phone our toll free number 1-800-461-1422 and have a cottage held while your deposit is being mailed, or book online anytime. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex and cheques, for deposits as well as debit card or cash for final payment. We do not accept cheques for final payment. All accommodation prices subject to H.S.T. of 13%. A deposit of 25% of the total rent is required with each reservation. Minimum $150.00 deposit required for weekends. A receipt will be mailed along with directions to Sandy Lane. Rates and conditions subject to change without notice.
WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY
A reservation is a firm contract. No adjustments for late arrival or early departure. Gift Certificate will be issued for cancelled reservations deposit—no monetary refunds. Gift Certificate is transferable and honored anytime for eighteen months from date of cancellation. Gift Certificates can not be used as deposits for re-booking a cancelled reservation or a new reservation.

SORRY NO PETS
Sorry—we like them too, but this is necessary. Please do not expect us to make exceptions to this policy (Seeing Eye Dogs are Exempt)

A late arrival package will be in the key box between the office doors for guests arriving after office hours
