Pearl Villa is a luxury 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa situated on one of the most popular golf courses in Florida,Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club Resort, a safe and beautiful well established gated community with 24hr security. A perfect holiday location, ideally located in Haines City on the US27 and only a 20 minute drive to Disney.

A very spacious home, 2,200 sq.ft in size over 2 floors, fully air conditioned and maintained to the highest standard with high quality modern furnishings. Fully equipped for all your holiday needs.

*There are 2 lounges, the main lounge the family room has 3 sofas and cable TV with over 100 channels, DVD Player, Play Station 2 and various books and board games.
*Separate sitting room with sofa, I pod docking station, Radio / CD player, a quiet relaxing room.
*Formal dining room and also a separate breakfast room, this has a lovely outlook and direct access by sliding doors onto the pool area.
*Free wireless internet.
*Games room with a 7ft pool table and full size air hockey table.
*The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, built in microwave, oven with ceramic top stove, fridge/freezer with ice maker/filtered water, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, tableware and cutlery.
*Laundry room with a washer,dryer,iron and ironing board.

It has it's own private 26ft x 13ft south west facing pool with a large sun deck area ensuring sun from early morning until sunset. It benefits from having free solar heating but also an electric pool heater should this option be required.
The pool area is fully screened to keep the wildlife out but still lets all the Florida sun in, pool safety fence for peace of mind if you have young children on holiday with you. It has a covered porch for those times when shade is needed and table and chairs for outside dining and 6 luxury poolside sun beds.
