Located on a slight elevation overlooking a lake to the front .on one of the newest,quietest and most prestigious estates in the area, you also have many convenient facilities close by. A new Target, Beltz, Best Buy, Ross, (J C Penny) opening soon, all of this and it is only three minutes to a huge Wall Mart, as well as many restaurants and shops, and there are so many golf courses close buy you will be spoilt for choice.

The Villa is almost new and is maintained to an extremely high standard regardless of cost.

Spacious rooms and high ceilings provide extensive living space for up to 8 guests and a baby!! The furnishings and accessories throughout are stylish and only of the highest quality.

There is of course full air conditioning throughout the house as well as ceiling fans for additional comfort in the lounge and all bedrooms. To the rear an exquisite pool and spa (BOTH CAN BE HEATED) and deck area provide the perfect place to soak up the sun or simply splash around, or sun loungers if you want to relax. There is also an extensive covered area with again a ceiling fan where you can cool off and relaxing the shade and dine al fresco in complete comfort.
