15 minutes drive away from Il Palazzetto is the historic centre of Gubbio with its medieval palaces, churches, ranging from pre-Roman period at the end of 1400 and its museums, its festivals (religious festival) of the 15 May, the National Palio della Crossbow shot on the 14th of August, with its musical and theatrical season which takes place during the months of July-August, with the Truffle Fair which begins November 1, with the antique market which is held the third week of the month, with shops and stalls selling handicrafts and food products in the area.
Due to its geographical position, from Gubbio you can easily reach other towns of relevant artistic and historical reputation: Perugia and Assisi (40 Km), Spoleto, Todi and Urbino (100 Km).

You will reach after 1 Km the suburb S.Marco and then after another 1 Km Padule; on the right side you will see a sign-board Acquario Gemi and after 100 m on the right side the Chiesa Parrocchiale di Padule, then turn on the left on Via S.Bartolo. Take this easy country driveway for 8 Km following the indications Il Palazzetto. - From South you should reach the ring-road and in front of you will see a bridge with the indication Gubbio-Centro. Before it go on the right following the direction of Ancona until the exit Gubbio-Est. Take this exit and turn on the right following the indication to Padule.
