This vacation travel cottage rental retains lots of character with its old oak beams, original slate floors, stained glass windows and log burning stoves. The spacious cottage has 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and sleeps up to 6 people. The garden faces south and has a sitting out area to enjoy the superb mountain views of the head of the valley. Enclosed off road parking is available. The Porch - Traditional Westmorland porch leading into the sitting room. Sitting Room - A cosy room, with old oak beams, slate flagged floor and chairs set around the inglenook fireplace containing log burning stove. A further lounge leads off, with Freesat TV and DVD player. Dining Room - A large room with beamed ceiling, table and six chairs, oak welsh dresser and fireplace with log burning stove. There is further seating by the large window, which has superb views of the valley head. Kitchen - A newly fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster. All crockery, pans, glassware and cutlery needed for six people. There is a table, stools and plenty of cupboard space. |
