You’re also 10-45 minutes from the many major league baseball parks during spring training, and just 20 minutes from the University of Phoenix stadium, home of the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals. About the Owner

We are retired and living in Arizona. Dick is retired Air Force, retired from teaching college and also retired from broadcasting baseball. Barbara is retired from banking,and the high school district. We both enjoy the weather and the state of Arizona and we bought our condo in 2007. We also have a 4-bedroom home that we now reside in the Glendale Area.
