Description

Built in 2005 on a beautiful site, Chalet Cape Sun offers a destination where you can relax while enjoying more of the natural and cultural attractions of the Gaspé tip. This pretty style residence is located in Gaspé, safe from the noise of the city and the road, 5 kilometers from golf Prével Fort, between the historic district of Percé and the Park Forillon.

In this cottage of 1152 ft2, enjoy the ground floor, a lounge, a dining room, kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom (with shower). Upstairs, two private rooms, a second bathroom (with bath) and a boudoir offer comfort and quality.

Outside, facing the Bay of Gaspe, a gallery with screen lets enjoy the maritime atmosphere offered here. In addition, an outdoor fireplace is available.

By taking the small path, you can access the beach, located just steps from the cottage.

For your comfort, the cottage includes all bedding and bath items (towels, soap, hair dryer, laundry soap, ...), appliances (cuisinière. refrigerator, washer, dryer), furniture and several accessories (coffee, espresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, telephone, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery). The wood stove will allow you to enjoy the warmth of a cozy fire during the cool days or the winter period (firewood provided). TV (including Bell ExpressVu), DVD player and sound system are also available. Internet access at the cottage is also available on request.

If desired, items can be provided for children: high chair, crib, gate to the stairs, strollers, toys for indoors and outdoors, bed rail, bench warmers, etc.

The rental is for a period of seven consecutive days. Arrival is from 16:00 on Saturday and check-out is before 11:00 am the following Saturday.

In high season, when renting more than one week, a discount of $ 185 per additional week is offered. Weeks must be consecutive.
