Condo rentals & Country Cabin rentals have different cancellation policies. Please read the one applicable to you.
CONDO/HOME CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 60 days – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days, property is re-rented – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days, property is not re-rented – 50% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days – 100% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
CAMPING CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 48 hours prior to check-in time incurs a fee equal to 10% of rental total.
Less than 48 hours prior to check-in time will incur a fee equal to 50% of rental total.
Same day as check-in (or a ‘no show’) will be charge 100% of rental total.
COUNTRY LODGE CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 120 days – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 120 days, property is re-rented – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 120 days, property is not re-rented – 50% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days – 100% of total rental is the cancellation fee.

Thank you for providing us with a beautiful condo. We had a great time.The kitchen would have been more accomo dating with salt & pepper and a scouring pad for the sink & dishes.
Everything was absolutely fantastic! The only complaint we had was that our condo had a strong/weird smell when you first walk in. Everything else was great! Thank you!
Bathtub could have been a little cleaner, other than that it was great!
Sliding door wouldn't stay on it's track. Overall great Stay. Maybe provide Kleenex, night stands, fan for bedroom & dishcloths. Exceptional Staff!!
