The space
Is as uniquely beautiful inside with the wonderful design and décor and outside with the landscape design and gardens. The property's entrance is flanked with lovely ramps for easy access to the house or to the large patio. The house is 5,000 square feet and the outdoor patio offers and additional 1300 square feet of outdoor living space with lovely lawn furniture, dining table and a bbq to enjoy freshly prepared foods. The front lawn is expansive and we encourage you to have a game of croquette or just sit and relax, read a book or enjoy the gardens as the ever blooming day lilies smile and float their graceful colour for you to enjoy.

Guest access
Access will be very easy for you 24 hours a day with our numeric access pass the code is issued to you upon booking. With this you don't have to worry about loosing keys or leaving them on the counter and you check in 24 hours a day, arrive at your convenience. We are walker, wheelchair friendly for your guests who may visit.
You also have access to the wonderful grounds here at Gatherings we have; a wonderful 1300 square foot ground level deck with BBQ's, propane fire pit, deck furniture, lovely landscaping and flower gardens.
Interaction with guests
We always greet our guests, show them the property and the living space and we are available by phone any time to answer any question or provide more details on this property! We really enjoy meeting all our guests, appreciate that they have chosen our Guest House for their Gatherings and look forward to assisting in any way we can.
Other things to note
We are geographically positioned between the centre of the city which is a 14 minute drive to down town and our beautiful provincial park called Mactaquac with swimming, a marina for boats and an 18 hole golf course just 10 minutes away. Up river about 20 minutes we have a historical property called Kings Landing an amazing day trip a fully functioning village from the 19th century with daily activities in every working house hold and workshop; blacksmith, barrel makers, yolk makers from oxen, straw braiding, baking, cooking, candle making, knitting, dying wool to be spun etc. An hour and a half drive will take you to the coast of St. Andrews a stunning historical sea side town filled with artisans, whale watching, harbour tours, wonderful shopping, and another gorgeous golf course! With many more wonders to see in downtown Fredericton this location is a wonderfully peaceful and beautiful location for your visit!.

We love to travel, entertain and have dinner parties and visit with friends and family in our wonderful River Home. We have two lovely black Labradors and we all love to spend time in this beautiful space on the water!
The Gatherings is a beautifully decorated and extremely well appointed home. The views of the river and trails made the location wonderful. The house is well stocked and had more than we needed to cook and prepare meals. We are very grateful for our stay there - it made our trip to Fredericton very comfortable and extra special.
Our stay was awesome! Our hosts were so friendly and came by to make sure that everything was to our liking. I stayed here with a team from work and there was enough room/privacy for everyone. Loved how each room had its own washroom! I also loved the trail along the water - I was able to go for a nice mor big run. I'll be back!

Above and beyond! Host were very Welcoming. We felt very comfortable with them the minute we met. They took time to show us the place around and answered our question very accurately.The place is gorgeous all is their and more.It is very well decorated. It is a vast property.for 3 weeks i felt like a (Website hidden by Airbnb) quiet neighbourhood and nice view on the river Wow!!! The open concept and the kitchen made us dream. The functionality of the kitchen and high end appliances made cooking so easy for us.there's no place like this around town. It's a Must.
