My lovely home features tile floors, and two lovely bedrooms, on office with internet, and cable TV. The master bedroom has a comfy King sized Tempurpedic Mattress, and a large bath with Garden Tub and walk in Shower.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that are also comfy, with nice linens. There is a 3rd bedroom with a Queen Bed, and nice linens. (Total, a King bed, Queen bed, 2 Twin beds) There are a total of 2 bathrooms. The landscaping is quite nice, and there is ample outdoor space with patio chairs to relax in, and a table and 4 chairs to eat out on the covered porch. This home features some nice mountain views from the back porch. There is a dishwasher, and Reverse Osmosis for fresh drinking water. The furnishings are beautiful and the home is decorated beautifully and tastefully.
The actual city of Yuma is about 15 minutes away and the popular and much visited town of Algodones, Mexico is just a 30 minute drive. (Don't forget your passport!) (PS if you have a passport, but forgot it, you can respectfully apologize and see if they will look it up.)
Thousands of winter visitors flock to this little town for excellent dentists and doctors. You can purchase most prescription drugs with no prescription. There are generic versions of almost all drugs, at a much reduced cost. Some popular drugs are Ambien, Hormones, Viagra, Cialis, Cholesterol lowering drugs, and many more. Just step up to the pharmacist and ask.
If you love golf, there are 3 golf coursed in the immediate area, within a mile or 2. There is another golf course over the mountain in Wellton that is less travelled, but very nice.
Close by are restaurants, large grocery stores, and service stations.

4 members of our family stayed here for our annual St Paddy's day get together. What a beautiful home and in walking distance to the family and the festivities. We enjoyed the back yard and had the family over for a bar b que. We loved this home and it was perfect. Will definitely inquire for our next trip to Arizona! Thank you Sherri for letting us stay in your beautiful home.
The house accommodated us very well. We stayed with our married daughter and husband, their baby and our single daughter. The only downside was that it wasn’t available for the whole time we were here.
From the beginning of our rental experience, Sherri always got back to us in a timely fashion. We had a change in the number of guests and timing and Sherri was able to work things out with us! House Is very spacious and you feel “at home” there. Great decor and comfortable beds. The house is designed very nicely and has a great back yard to sit outside on the comfortable patio furniture and have coffee in the morning sun! We had read about the weak wi-fi but did not really experience it as we had wi-fi outside on the deck. Washer and dryer were nice to have and worked well along with being able to have access to the garage to park a couple of atv’s in. We would DEFINATELY rent this place again! The property was defiantly worth a 5 star rating. Thanks Sherri!
