Description

The villa has been recently renovated and was designed with the intention of making it extremely functional with a modern appearance, at times quite bold. It is spread out over three floors, all connected to one another internally. On the ground floor the large living-room connects to the covered veranda which leads to the swimming pool. Here you will find a sun-terrace area and a lounge area where you can enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing. On the back side and connected to the kitchen, is a second veranda furnished with table, chairs and a barbecue for outdoor dining.

Villa is equipped with an air conditioning system in all the bedrooms and on the upper floor, ADSL Internet connection, three TVs with satellite system, DVD/CD player, laundry room and ironing equipment, alarm system with video-entry phone on all the floors, safety deposit box. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge with freezer, large oven, microwave, dishwasher and pantry. Parking spaces inside the property. It is situated 700 m from the sea in theVittoria Apuana district, a residential area of Forte dei Marmi.
Two bed and bath linen changes are included are supplied for the entire holiday period, daily cleaning service is to be paid extra.
Ground floor - large living-room with dining area (table seats 12); 1 WC with washbasin, 1 large double bedroom with bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and ante-bathroom; pantry; large, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

First floor -  (accessed from the two stairways, from the living room with a steel and crystal structure and from the entrance with a marble and wooden stairway) study with Internet connection; balcony overlooking the living-room; characteristic reading area; 1 bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom with shower; 1 bedroom with small double bed with private bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and wardrobe cabin.

 Lower floor -  room with wardrobe cabin; 1 single bedroom suitable for service personnel; ironing/laundry room. All the bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor have air conditioning.
