Located in the Upscale Resort of Windsor Hills, we are less then 2 miles from Disney World. Windsor Hills is a gated community with 24 hour manned gates and million dollar clubhouse. There is a ton of free amenities for guests including a brand new water park opening in April, sundry shop, volleyball, basketball, movie theatre and games room to name just a few.
This home has been designed in detail for families. There are four bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom, and flat screen TV. There is a room dedicated for your Disney Princess, a Star Wars themed bedroom for your Jedi's and two beautifully decorated Master's with Queen beds and brand new pillow top mattress'.
Let the kids relax in the homes' "Under the sea" games room, featuring a pool table, fuse ball table and x-box.
The backyard boasts a screened in pool/spa and lanai with ample seating. Watch Disney movies from the pool or while dining with the outdoor Smart TV.
The kitchen is well appointed with new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The open concept living room seats families comfortable and has a large flat screen, leather sofas and upgraded cable catered to children (Disney jr, Nick jr sports channels etc.).

I would absolutely recommend this property. It was very well maintained. It is very close to everything. We really loved the kids rooms and games room (gave us a nice break). The pool was nice - loved watching morning news outside while drinking my morning coffee). We will miss "Olaf's Endless Summer"! Until next year :)
We stayed in April and had amazing weather! The house was perfect, very family friendly. Booking was super easy! The owners made us feel welcomed! And kept us informed with amazing tips. We enjoyed walking to the clubhouse in the morning with the kids - it is just the right distance. We loved the 1 level house (no stairs for the kids) My kids are already begging to go back in the summer (the water park is opening soon) but I had to tell them we will be coming back next year and staying at the same house with the Princess and Star War's rooms. We spent 2 days at Disney, which was great and we had amazing weather. Overall the house was perfect and we loved staying in Windsor Hills. Thank You for making our vacation an event that our family will remember for years to come! See you next year!
We had the opportunity to stay right after the house had new owners and renovated. We have rented several homes in the Windsor Hills Resort and this one topped the list. The kids absolutely loved the Disney themed rooms. The adults didn’t want to get up in the am because the mattresses were so comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We even just spent 2days at the house relaxing versus going to parks because the pool and outdoor Lanau just kept calling to us. Best deal for perfect vacation and definitely best deal for money -we couldn’t believe the price.
This is a fantastic place! The house is well kept and child friendly. We were able to book last minute and it was a great price. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and games room. It’s a short walk to the clubhouse. The owners were easy to connect with. We will definitely book again.
We have stayed in some really nice places in Kissimmee, this one was also a winner. We will miss this house and would book it again - it feels like a home. The kids loved their rooms and beds were really comfortable - good mattresses. The kitchen has everything we needed and has new appliances. (we cooked a lot of meals there). Unfortunately, the waterpark wasn't open at the clubhouse but next time!
