Welcome to one of the most Luxurious Condominium complexes on Okaloosa Island. This Mediterranean Style complex with its beautiful landscaping is Kid friendly with 2 large pools, one heated yr. round and 2 hot tubs.
This Large (1900 + sq. ft.)It is a true 4 bedroom unit and not just a 3 bedroom bunk. This Platinum level condo is ground level. You don't have the hassle of going up and down elevators. Just walk out to the beach. Our unit has a entertainment system in every room with a Bose Surround Sound System in the den area. We have 2 king beds, one queen bed and 2 twin beds. All bedding is Premium Serta bedding.
In 2014 all carpet has been replaced, the unit was painted and we installed a new Samsung refrigerator, dishwasher and a front load LG washer and dryer. We also added new flat screen TV's and replaced the bedding with the same Serta mattresses you would sleep on at a Hilton Inn. All in an effort to keep the unit at platinum level.

Being on the ground floor was nice. The unit was nicely decorated & kitchen well stocked. Brian was easy to get in touch with and we would love to rent from him again.
We had a fabulous trip! The condo was everything that was advertised. Furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. We loved the convenience of being so close to the pool and beach but also enjoyed the privacy of the end unit. Definitely our favorite place we've stayed in the last few years. We will most certainly be back!
We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Everyone was clean and comfortable. Definite plus was the easy pool and beach access. There's even a small fenced in yard that was great for letting the toddler run and play. The owner made himself available if needed. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We can't wait to go back!
