Each condo has a maximum capacity of 2 non-smoking adults with no pets or children. The entire property is smoke-free (non-smoking) both inside rooms and outside of the rooms anywhere on the grounds. Sorry, overnight guests are not permitted. Windows and doors must be kept closed due to high salt conditions and humidity, however, quiet central air-conditioning is provided with a digital thermostat that you can set. Comfortable outdoor seating is provided to enjoy the fresh ocean breezes. |

A $100 deposit is required to hold the condo of your choice. You may post-date your check for 2 weeks before your check-in date, as there is a 2 week cancellation period for a full refund of your deposit check. Upon arrival, that $100 deposit will be deducted from your total stay. You may also pay the $100 deposit via PayPal using a credit card. The balance can be paid in cash, traveler’s checks or personal checks, but any choice of payment must be in US$, please. Payments made with a credit card incur a minimum of 3% PayPal service fee or more for international services. All PayPal charges or fees will be the responsibility of the guests. |
