Deposits: Five-hundred dollars($500) upon making the reservation; the balance is due 20 days before arrival. If your reservation is made way in advance, payments can be made by installments throughout the year. I can remind you via email when installments are due, and I always let you know when I receive payment. You must be 25 years old or older to rent this unit.

Other Fees: A $50 non-refundable pet fee, 11% tourism tax, and $125 cleaning fee is already included in the pricing. A $50 fee will be added for each additional pet that you are bringing. Required stay is seven days. NO SPRING-BREAKERS; NO CHILDREN UNDER SEVEN YEARS OF AGE. We do not provide maid services during your stay, and it's appreciated if you leave the house as you found it when beginning your stay.
