Another fabulous stay at this beautiful home. Walk to beach two blocks or walk to Bay one block. Walk to All bars and restaurants. Island cab and trolley service as well. Very nice block clean well-appointed. Look forward to my return in the fall.
My second trip - already booked 3rd - lovely home, street and very responsive owners. Had small hiccup and was immediately addressed. Open floor plan awaits your dining and living pleasure with 3 bedrooms including a door to close off two of the bedrooms making a private suite. Well Maintained and Gorgeous in ground heated pool. Again, the stairs a little difficult with luggage and for persons with any walking handicaps. Neighbors are friendly and just a short walk to the beach or bay. Had coffee in morning on the bay side then walked to beach and watched dolphins in the morning as well. Cannot wait to go back!
The home was lovely, well appointed and clean. I had concerns as the pool was not screened in, but, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL and warm screened in is a non-issue. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on front porch. Only negative was two flights of stairs to enter and exit pool area from front and walk to backyard, also makes it difficult for luggage etc. Alas, that pesky flood insurance! Lovely bar and tv greet you inside pool area - but, no bathroom. You can walk to everywhere including nice strolls along the beach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will return.
This is a lovely well appointed home close to all. Enjoyed walking everywhere to beach, restaurants, bars, etc. Especially liked walking on beach back home from a night of fun. Pool is clean and beautiful. Home is clean and beautiful. Only negatives are the two flights of stairs for home access, the carpets are getting a little tired, the pool is not accessible from the home only from outside requiring two tier stairs to use bathroom etc. does have a lovely room with tv, bar and refrig,, none of these should not stop you from renting this lovely home. I will again!
I'll save everyone the trouble looking up things to do and places to eat. Woke up every morning and got coffee from Tuckaway, cinnamon roll , bread pudding, biscuit and gravy or the special from Heavenly biscuit. Rays delivery for pizza must get the garlic rolls, Royal scoop for ice cream, better than Kilwins, had nice dinner at Pierside grill. MUST visit Lovers key, quiet, absolutely beautiful beach without all the busy jet skiers, etc... This rental was beautiful, clean, well maintained for sure. The downstairs pool area complete with TV, cooold refrigerator, tables and chairs was our fav spot to hang out every night. I will def stay here again if we decide on FMB! Loved it!
