We had a girls weekend before one of us got married and this location was PERFECT for us! We were able to get to Ft Lauderdale Beach within 20 minutes, the house was clean and the pool was wonderful. Stu was very helpful and always available if we had questions.
Loved our nine days on the canal. We were in the warm water every day and night. Egrets flying overhead, geckos scurrying on the ground, and sex-crazed iguanas on the boat deck. Fabulous. Some little things were nice: There were more than enough towels and all manner of plastic containers, beds were comfortable, the place was very clean and the water pressure was good. No bugs! The enclosed lanai: perfect. Conveniently located. Close to the airport, stores, and the beach. Stu was great. We had to change our dates. No prob. Had a late flight out so asked for a late check out. No prob. Some possible improvements: new cookware. Warped pans not good for cooking. Shredding teflon not good for anyone. And maybe a newer coffee maker. That said, we loved it. We'll be back. Thanks stu
Great property!
I make a trip to Davie every Oct. for my Moms bday. This year my husband, daughter and 17 month old grandson came down also. Renting a house versus 2 hotel rooms was a no brainer with the baby. One of my sisters stayed with us here as well versus a hotel. The house was perfect for our needs, safe neighborhood, and within 10 minutes of my mothers (where everyone hangs out). I never thought to ask but was pleasantly surprised to see stroller, pack n play as well as some toddler dishes, etc. I would suggest you add those amenities within your description. The backyard was very peaceful, my daughter and I loved sitting out near the dock with a glass a wine. I would definitely recommend this house! Thanks Stu.
We had almost two fantastic weeks in this house. We loved the swimmingpool that was heated and we felt very relaxed in the house and the neighbourhoods. There were some small troubles (as always) but they where solved in contact with the owner. Maybe there shall be some more glasses, cups and other kitchenware. It was My first holiday house rental and of course I was worried about everything but it went out very well. We want to Go back!
