Then it is just a 25 minute relaxing ferry boat ride to Fire Island. Less than a ten minute walk to house once arriving to the island. Car free island, only bicycles. A safe place for children.

- The electricity is billed by the meter reading. You will be provided with $25 per week credit against the total electric bill.
- There is a government occupancy rental tax of 3% on the entire rental price.
- Cleaning fee at end of rental varies between $150 and $250.
- Any damages, electricity & cleaning fee will be deducted from the accidental damage waiver.

1. The initial booking deposit prior to April-30 is $1000. per each week reserved (non-refundable).
2. On May-1, 50-percent of the rental amount is due (non-refundable).
3. Final payment for the rental period is due 30-days prior to arrival (non-refundable)
4. There is a $1000. cash security deposit due on the day arrival.
