Stunning 3 Level Beachfront House Villa, Private Pool & Amazing Views

Stayed Feb25 to March 3, 2017 with 5 other adult family members. House is beautiful in every way! We enjoyed the outside areas very much. The house has air conditioning which works very well...but we only needed it at night after going to bed. Speaking of which, the beds were very comfortable and with high-end sheets, we all slept well!! The house is clean and well equipped, it even has beach chairs and beach towels. We were grateful for those. Having 2 and 1/2 bathrooms was convenient when we were all trying to get ready at once! The location is close to the beach and restaurants, and not far from the rain forest and harbor. We went on snorkeling and luminescent bay trips which were fun. We enjoyed the people in Puerto Rico very much!!! Everyone was friendly. Thank you for a great vacation! We will probably return...in fact, we are thinking of coming back next year!!!

We just arrived home from delightful stay at the Villas at Siete Mares. We had 2 adults and 3 kids, ranging in age from 5 to 18. The map doesn't show the correct location on this site, so when it says Seven Seas Beach it is the correct location. Other than that there are no mistakes when renting this Villa. The location is great. The pictures and descriptions don't do it justice. I could have not asked for a better place to stay. The owners and manager are very generous and gracious people. They met us to give us the keys. They had to wait a while because the rental car company was having issues. We met them at the Kisokos and ate dinner at a great restaurant. They told us about all the places to see and eat. We had a great conversation; it was great to get to know them. I can tell these are caring people and I don't mind trusting this Villa with my family's stay. They have everything you could need and want for an enjoyable stay. The kids enjoyed the private pool. The beach was across the street, with kayaking available. It was spacious. We at dinner on the upstairs terrace a few nights and enjoyed the views and breeze. This is in a gated community and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The El Yunque rainforest is a must see. We hiked up to the peak and also went on the LA Mina Falls (waterfall) trails. If you enjoy the outdoors and like to walk, this is a must do excursion. We also visited the Castillo de San Cristobal and Castillo San Felipe del Morro, if you are into history and architecture these are a must see. We want to thank the owners for their hospitality. We really appreciate all you have provided for our stay. You have a beautiful place. We wish you the best.

We stayed here with our family.. for a week. The condo was Just gorgeous and in a great locations.Right across from Seven Seas. The lady who owned it was very kind and was able to help us anytime we needed it! Its also close to the Bio Bay. And right beside a great little restaurant. It we ever get the change to come to PR again we will stay at this Condo! Perfect for a family! Had lots of room with Only the Den and Kitchen downstairs, The bedrooms in the middle and the top floor on the roof was amazing! AND ONE MORE thing..if you do get here Find Hidden Beach..it was so beautiful and worth the short walk!!

We just got back from a wonderful week-long stay at Siete Mares and we loved everything about the condo! The owners and manager were so nice and accommodating! The location is perfect for visiting various sites around the island. We day tripped to San Juan, went to El Yunque, hung out at the Kiosks and beach in Luquillo, went horseback riding at Carabali, and went sailing and snorkeling out of Puerto Del Rey Marina. The condo is within 20 minutes of all of these activities, except for San Juan - that took about 45 minutes. It was so nice to go back to the condo each evening and relax, it was just like going home! There were 6 of us, my wife and I plus our 4 children ranging in age from 12 to 20. The condo was so clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the private pool and since the Olympics were on we enjoyed watching them on the large TV in the evening. The patio and terrace were very comfortable as well, and we made full use of them too. What a view from the terrace! Did I mention the bedrooms? Each room has it's own air-conditioning and the beds were sooo comfortable. The condo is right across the street from a very nice beach and a couple of hundred feet from the cafe, Costa Mia, both are very popular. We played at the beach and had empanada's and malta at the cafe. The condo is in a gated area that is so clean and quiet. We felt secure the whole time we were there and it couldn't have been more pleasant.

We stayed at the beach front villa in May 2016. Everything was just as described only I will say I think it was better! The villa was larger than we expected. There was plenty of room for 6 people (four early 20's and two 50 yr. olds) to spread out during the evenings. We always felt safe and there was plenty to do close by. The beaches are nice and the snorkeling is awesome! Renting a car while you are there is necessary but driving is no different than the U.S so it was not a problem at all! This side of the island has much to explore. Our only problem was when we arrived, there was some confusion about where we were to pick up the keys to the condo. This was resolved and we were soon on our way to the condo. The villa exceeded our expectations! We cant wait to return!

Two couples with kids made this trip and we loved the villa! It had plenty of space. The pool was a pleasant escape and the roof deck was also amazing. We went during spring break/holy week, so it was super busy on the island. We still enjoyed every moment! The beach and snorkeling around Seven Seas was fun. We met many people and enjoyed the local restaurants. Costa Mia was great for a quick bite. Calizo was great for a fancier spot. Grocery store was easy to find. We did the bio bay tour, which wasn’t up to par but still fun. We didn’t really see much glow, but we knew it was a full moon and not ideal at the time. We hiked La Mina Falls and it was amazing (go early in the morning.) We toured the nearby lighthouse (beautiful place, great photo opportunities), went to hidden beach, spent a day in San Juan, ate at the Luquillo food kiosks and took a snorkel trip to Icacos. All instructions to the villa and what to do were clear and easy to follow. We loved the location. The kids had all the amenities they wanted, including a pool, a beach, Netflix and wifi. The house had all cooking supplies we needed and plenty of extra linens. Beds were all comfy. We actually bought a new mattress set for our house after sleeping in the master bedroom. True story. Outside patio area was great and used frequently. We had friendly neighbors while we were there, a plus. I would recommend this area and villa to anyone looking to experience life outside a resort (which is the type of travelers we are). We had a wonderful vacation and made many memories with our friends and children! The only recommendation I have for the villa is a hammock. Not sure where it would go, maybe on the third floor deck? I do love a hammock on vacation. ? Thanks for sharing your villa with us!

Everything at this house was perfect. My husband and I brought my daughter and husband and our two grandchildren.We had so much space! The Villa had everything we needed! The thick beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler were an added bonus. It was very spacious with a deck on the third level with lovely views. Bedrooms were perfect, very comfortable beds and tv in bedrooms. The main level gave us an outside porch that wrapped around with a grill.The children just loved the pool, and table and chairs near to watch them. It had colored lights at night which added to the fun. The main pool for the complex was closed when we were there but we didn't miss it with their small one and the beach across the street! Yes there was some rocks in the beginning of Seven Seas Beach but a short walk to the left and they were clear or you could go right from the house and find a lovely beach to the right, or add a short walk to find Hidden Beach. You can walk to. La Costa Mia a prefect place for lunch, dinner or drinks. We ventured to Luquillo Beach, El Yunque National Park, Old San Juan, and used Erin-Go- Bragh for a sailing trip for snorkeling. The las Cabezas Nature Reserve next door was worth a tour too All were less than an hour to get to and all we would go back to. And everyone we met were friendly and helpful. We all had a wonderful trip, recommend it highly, and would come back here. Everything listed was so very true. Thanks so much for sharing your place!

Spent 10 glorious days at Seven Seas. Enjoyed every second especially on the rooftop terrace and the beach across the street. Felt very safe and comfortable.

Fantastic getaway location for my family including 2 twenty-somethings and 2 significant others! Close to rainforest and water attractions, but secluded enough to allow you to just focus on relaxing too. 1 easy hour drive max to the San Juan Airport. Very clean, cool and comfortable with a great layout for family time, or quiet time in the sun on the roof top deck or in the shade on the main floor wrap around patio. Well appointed throughout with top tier appliances, TV's and furniture. All the beds were very comfortable and AC's and ceiling fans in every room w fantastic blinds for sleeping in! 2 very nice and quiet family style beaches across the residential type street, both with plenty of room to explore, relax or swim/paddleboard. The water is protected by a reef, so fairly smooth and very clean! The owners provide beach towels, chairs, a cooler and some beach games--we used them all and had a blast! Very secure and gated condo--I had to leave 2 days early for work and was very comfortable leaving my family there. Off street parking inside condo area. Very good family owned restaurant right next door, plus numerous choices within a 3 -5 minute car ride. Owners and property manager were extremely helpful and immediately for any questions or problems--both were fantastic to work with! We loved the property and the TLC we got from our Villa Tranquilidad hosts and are already looking forward to our next visit. A big thumbs up from everyone in my family....and that is nearly unheard of!!

We spent a lovely five days at this villa in Fajardo. We really loved how it was decorated for Christmas and after a busy week of cruising, we enjoyed having a great space to spend time with family. The splash pool was popular with everyone, as well as the large flat screen TV.
