Secluded beachfront living is the key to this condo. This newly built villa has a host of contemporary layout elements sure to please family and friends vacationing together.

The private terrace off the ample master bedroom attracts the eye, with its magnificent ocean views, though those vistas have competition from the high-definition broadcasts from the bedroom’s TV. All three bedrooms and two baths have classy marble floors. Refined stone and granite kitchen counters meet their match in the high quality of the kitchen appliances.

Full kitchen including toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking, utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, gas stove, electric oven and reverse osmosis water filter. Towels and Linens provided. Bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub.

Bamboo flooring is throughout the condo. Cable TV, DVD/CD player, surrounds sound system with flat screen HD HP. All-in-one printer, copier, and scanner and fax machine in unit. Telephone is also available for local call.

Located less than an hour from the Puerto Rico International airport on the East Cape, this oceanfront property is near to excellent surfing, snorkeling and fishing areas.

The condo vacation rental rates $130 per night.
