Great location close to every essential actually all in walking distance Some areas ready for cosmetic updates in our opinion.
A real top drawer experience. From the moment you draw up outside, when you open the door, when you explore all the rooms and the pool area - we were simply blown away! Much better than we had hoped for even though the pictures are lovely. There is everything you could ever need to move in and stay whether it is for 2 people or 8 as we were. We simply couldn't fault it. Sue and Steve the property managers were superb and helpful only if needed and Sue in the U.K. Made the whole booking experience a breeze. We have already booked to come back in April next year. Thank you so much.
Lovely villa very high standard and well maintain. It's in a very nice estate. Both the owners and the couple that look after the villa are very nice and keep you well information been great dealing with them.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this delightful property
After a lot of travelling and sightseeing on the east coast of Florida, we very much appreciated this lovely villa on the west coast, to make our base for our final week. The villa was very comfortable and clean and had everything we could possibly have needed. Shops for essentials close by and we found some lovely restaurants. A peaceful and perfect retreat which we would be happy to recommend to anyone.
Not only did we enjoy the well stocked home with everything from beach gear in garage to many essentials in kitchen and bath but it was large enough for everyone to have their own private bedroom with bathroom. Would definitely return. Pool was heated and backed up to golf course. Lovely!
Very relaxing in this awesome property and grounds. The interior is superior in size and decor.The living space includes two living rooms, so the guys can watch a ballgame while the ladies watch movies. Very nice warm pool for all and not too deep for children. We were all very impressed with the quality of the furniture, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. Our local contact for the property (Sue) was great as well as the gardener and the pool guy. It was a high end experience for us and we will be back again next year.Thanks Sue and James
From the moment you pull up to the front Drive to the walk through the front door and beyond, the wow factor is everywhere you look. Very helpful owners, nothing too much trouble. Property managers are so friendly and live just around the corner. Pool is warm and private and yet from the screened pool deck you have wonderful views out over the golf course. Locals and neighbours are very warm and friendly. Local restaurants, beaches and shopping all first class. We have already re booked the same two months for next year - thank you Sue & James
We enjoyed staying at this home. It was very large, 4 bedrooms. All the rooms are good size. Large kitchen. All sheets and towels and blankets are provided. The pool is good size and nice and warm
The pictures simply don't do the house justice, lots of space, everything you could possibly think of provided for, entire house spotlessly clean and very helpful owners and property managers. Can't find fault. Located in a high quality quiet residential division. Great local amenities including Supermarket, Pharmacy, Gas Station, Dining, etc. Information folder in house packed with ideas for trips, places to visit, places to eat and where to shop as well as directions to best local beaches. We stayed 2 weeks and still had lots on our 'to do' list left to do! We have all had the best time and hope to come back again next year.
