Of all the homes available on Pleasure Island, this vacation home is unique as to proximity to the water. No mangroves to block your view, it is so close to the water you really can fish off the porch! If you are two couples looking for the perfect home, we can set it up with two king beds (regular is one king/2 twin). This elegantly furnished home is decorated in West Indies style (aka Tommy Bahama) and includes the use of an infra-red grill. (Propane Grills are not allowed by the Association).

Policy

Additional Fees and Taxes:

  • There is a 4% Bed Tax and 6% Sales Tax for a total of 10% Tax on all rentals.
  • There is a $100 cleaning fee in addition to the rental fee and tax.
  • There is a $50 application fee for the Condominium Association.
