This gorgeous home is adjacent to the Historic Pacific Coast Highway, (not too close), but easy walk to down town, and to restaurants and boutiques, with immediate access to the white sandy beaches. You can also take a walk to Moonlight State Beach, with permanent lifeguard headquarters, tennis court, modern tot lot, concession stand, fire rings, showers and public facilities. Moonlight Beach is the focal point of all summer activities in the city of Encinitas. Neptune Ave is a location for a relaxing beach vacation within city limits! Enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves while enjoying the jacuzzi spa watching the boats, dolphins, and cruise ships float by. Beautifully landscaped exterior. The kitchen is fully equipped, with many extras. The living room faces the the sunset ocean views. The patio has a dining table for 6, is just outside the indoor dining table. A barbeque on the deck too. Comfortable seating arrangement with cable and new large flat panel TV and fireplace in the living room. The formal dining room is also on the oceanfront side of the home, Get your chilled wine, or tropical iced tea, and sit back- Blender, is provided for those that prefer a margarita. We require a completed agreement, and you can hold your dates with a deposit by credit card of $200 partial rent, with the remaining deposit (50% of your rent due) on signing of the agreement. The full remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival (or when booked within 60 days). Ask for your quote. The dates listed for rates may vary by date changes for holiday weeks. Your deposit will not be refundable, but we will work to refill your dates, or we recommend that you purchase Vacation Rental Protection; ask for the brochure. We do offer CSA Vacation Protection. |

Chris was so very helpful right from the start. I had never rented a beach house, especially one across the country. But Chris answered every question and made the experience enjoyable. The house was perfect! We had 6 adults, one infant and one small dog. We had plenty of space and all the windows (looking at the ocean and waves from all, made it very open and bright. It was a real treat being there. The sunsets were beautiful. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient especially with a baby. Very pleasant experience from beginning to end..
This home is fantastic! The views are breathtaking! Kitchen is well equipped! Even a wok! We made a meal every night. The level house and yard are amazing. Furnishings are great and the hot tub!! Just crazy awesome. We cannot wait to go back and stay here. You will not regret staying at this home.
We recently stayed at this property and I can tell you, we really felt “at home” here. The deck and view are just like a moving postcard, was entertaining watching the surfers from early morning until sundown, we even were lucky enough to catch a pod of dolphins swimming by their side one afternoon. The house has that Brady Bunch house feel, sure it could use a little updating, but it’s very clean and has a lot of the rustic wood charm. It’s not far from downtown, which has everything you would need, restaurants, shops, bars, liquor stores, etc.. We did cook a few times and found the kitchen to have all the spices, oils and dishware that was needed. A few doors down is a set of stairs that led down the bluff to the beach and we walked for miles looking at the lovely homes and other beaches nearby. There was much to see in the general area, providing you have a vehicle. It was nice not to be in the craziness of a larger city area. We traveled with another couple and we both felt like we had our privacy. We didn’t run into any issues with the property to need to contact management, but they were very easy and pleasant to deal with throughout the booking and follow up once back home. The home is pretty much what you see on the photo’s, no negative surprises awaiting you.
