Large wide Living Room and Dining Room have views across the entire space, with a Hot Tub sitting on the Oceanfront, on a wide patio with a large 3 burner Barbeque Grill to cook and sip your cocktail while enjoying the ocean breezes, the views of the beach, surfers, wild ocean life, occasional whale and regular dolphins jumping through the waves. No one in front of you to spoil your enjoyment!
You can relax, kick off your shoes and snooze or read, lay on the chaise lounge chairs, take a jacuzzi day or night, have some fun with family and friends. Make Memories.
The deck has a large patio table and chairs for dining, and adirondak chairs to relax in. Indoors, the living room has two sets of sofas and chairs, so you can either sit and watch the waves, or watch the big screen tv, your choice! The TV has DTV premium channels, and music. At the other end of the living room, also oceanfront, is the dining room with a large table and chairs. Seating for 8, and just behind the dining is the kitchen. It is equipped with all you need. You only need to bring your food, beverages and clothes. The beds have memory foam soft mattresses, dreamy! and plenty of pillows in every room. You have a full laundry room entered into from the garage, so unpack you car and come on in!

2 Car Garage, with additional (2) parking spaces in Drive. Direct access into house from garage, very convenient with checking in your luggage
Towels Provided: Lots of towels and bed linens in the linen closet. Also beach towels on the shelf in the master bedroom closet
Air Conditioning: A/C is not necessary in this house, however, there is a large portable Air Conditioner in the master bedroom, ceiling fan; all rooms have fans provided.

(3) Three Cable TVs are provided. Large HD flat panel in the living room, and each of the two king bedrooms have large flat screen panel TVs. Check the list for any movies that have been ordered. If you want to order pay per view, just request and it can be billed to you. TV in bedroom 3 has an Amazon fire stick, and a dvd player; It is not connected to the cable.
Premium DTV; DVR (can record 5 at one time) to view on all cable TVs.

The home was fantastic for our family vacation, three bedrooms and three baths was perfect for three adult families. The hide a bed in the the third bedroom was perfect for the 6year old and the portacrib for the baby. The view and access to the beach was fantastic! The patio is a great place to unwind in the morning and watching the sun set. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. Water toys galore to play in the water, my 6 year old grandson became an expert boogey boarder with the help of his dad. We will be back, the family is already asking when we an come back. I highly recommend this home!
House was everything as advertised and then some! Beautiful views of the ocean from the deck and living room. Easy access to the beach were we spent most of our time. Convenient location as you have several restaurants to choose from. Very relaxing weekend and the kids had a great time. We’ll definitely come back next summer! Thank you Chris!
We’ve stayed in dozens of houses from coast to coast and this short three day jaunt was memorable! In a great way. Kitchen was perfect, well appointed. Went to store and bought spices— didn’t need to. Master suite was more than adequate. Too bad our rental truck was too tall to fit into garage otherwise that would have been a real treat as few VRs have garage parking. Short walk down to the beach for swimming and fishing. Sea Perch! Caught a ton of them. The view was great; surfers from sunrise to sunset. The only downside was that we didn’t have longer to stay. Be mindful that the owners have a suite upstairs. But, with that being said, if we hadn’t seen each other in the driveway we never would have known they were there. (As noted, it was only over the garage, not the home) Absolute recommendation.
This is a amazing beach house with stunning views, steps to the beach and great location for visiting the surrounding area. Million dollar views from the kitchen, dinning room, living room and master bedroom!! Watching surfers and schools of dolphins while relaxing on the deck was beyond words. Chris and Tom are fantastic hosts and made us feel completely at home. They actually saved our trip as we had rented another home that was a nightmare. We needed a place quick and they accommodated us on a Sunday morning!! We actually ended up extending our trip 3 more days because we didn’t want to leave. We are already planning our return trip to this piece of heaven. Thank you, thank you, thank you Chris and Tom!!
