The Patio is equipped with huge built-in fire pit, a Barbeque Propane Gas Grill, chaise lounges for sunning or reading a book, a patio table and chairs. There is beach equipment included, stored in your supersized tandem two car garage. Just below this home is a Pool and Jacuzzi accessed at adjacent property. You have a key to access it easily from your own patio, down a few steps.

The Gourmet Kitchen comes equipped with high-end appliances, all you need including a Wine Refrigerator between the kitchen and dining room.

King Size TempurPedic mattresses in all bedrooms, w/a bunk bed set in one of the three bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, all located on the second floor.
You also have an Office and Lounge area in your master bedroom suite, including a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, double sinks and toilet, and a separated whirlpool bath tub on the opposite side of the master bedroom. From the whirlpool tub area, (overlooking the white water views), is an outdoor balcony. Great for enjoying a little champagne or wine at sunset, or your morning coffee watching the occasional whale or dolphins that come often off the coast, as well as the surfers.
You are walking distance to Encinitas’ shops, boutiques, some really great restaurants, and an easy one and a half block walk to Moonlight Beach which offers full time life guard, playground, volleyball nets, fire pits, tables, public facilities, a park and summer concerts.Located within walking distance to Coaster/Amtrak Train station, easy trip down the coast, with a stop at Solana Beach station for Del Mar.
Less than a ten minute drive to Del Mar Race Track, San Diego Fairgrounds where seasonally thoroughbred horse racing comes to town in July-September and again in November, as well as horse shows, in June the fair comes to town. A really nice shopping area is Cedros Design District, and driving north, the Premium Outlet Shopping Center.
