The top floor of this newly remodeled house is spacious, has amazing light and ocean views from every room. With 2 outdoor decks - one facing east (morning sun) and one facing west, you can enjoy the entire day outside. Location can't be beat. We are on a quiet ocean front street and just 3 blocks from the heart of coastal Encinitas, a short stroll to the H Street lookout and just an 8 minute walk to Moonlight Beach. The space
Our first guests referred to the house as "stepping into a home out of Coastal Living magazine! We have made this home wonderfully colorful and comfortable so you can relax and really feel like you are on vacation. Enjoy your time, connect with your family and friends with no fuss, all of the comforts of home and an environment that will make you smile all day long.

You'll have one dedicated garage spot and the driveway behind it. The property is shared with the rest of the main house and the back apartment. The shared stairway from the garage leads to your private internal access. The external walkway and front door are private to the Sunset Suite.

Other things to note
This Sunset Suite module is completely private but it is also part of the "whole house" the Endless Summer Manor and part of the Endless Summer Retreat (including the apartment). Respecting the quiet hours is critical for all guests to enjoy our amazing home.

Cancel up to 24 hours before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking. |

Style, comfort, luxury, clean & fresh, great spot with an extremely responsive & flexible property manager!! What more could you ask for? The amenities are crazy - boogie boards, beach chairs, sandcastle tools, extra towels, very comfy beds, kitchen utensils galore, great appliances inc super efficient washing machine & dryer, covered car parking, fans plus air con, two decks (one even has a swinging chair!), plenty of lounge & dining seating, gorgeous towels/sheets/blankets & pillows, outside areas well lit at night, easy walk to Encinitas main drag (hwy 101) for plenty of shops & yum restaurants, walk to lookout or beach etc. Note that there are steps to Sunset Suite from the carport as well as from 4th street.
