There is also a beautiful interior terrace where natural light filters into the living area.

The apartment in Barcelona is situated in the beautiful Eixample district. It is close to Plaza Universitat and the famous Las Ramblas and the Plaza Catalunya can be reached after 10 minutes walking. The Metro station “Universitat” is just 2 minutes away from the apartment. From there you will have easy access to the rest of the city. Around Plaza Universitat you will have plenty of shopping and leisure possibilities. There are also Restaurants, Bars and a Super Market close to the apartment.

Location Information


Frontages of wood, glass, iron and ceramics: an architectural delight. This area is famous for its modern architecture. The building frontages are almost never the same. "Eixample" means Extension. This district exists since 1860, after the demolition of the medieval ramparts. Today it is a vast commercial and residential district. Its perpendicular streets, give the city a new vision. A small Museum in the open air, the "Golden square" concentrates the biggest number of modernistic buildings in the city. Barcelonas Eixample district is the result of the citys expansion project drawn up by the famous architect Ildefons Cerd and begun in 1860.
