Also included on the first floor is a Master bedroom suite with a full bath, making it ideal for grandparents or extra guests.

The 2nd floor includes another master suite with full bath, 2 additional bedrooms and another full bath.

Set back off the road, this is a wonderful private space with a professionally landscaped yard, ideal for a game of Wiffle ball, Frisbee, badminton or just relaxing.

The location can’t be beat. Located on a quiet street, it is an easy walk to the village, grocery store, restaurants, Dairy Queen or a bike ride to the beach or Morning Glory Farm for some fresh homemade baked goods or fresh homegrown veggies.

Wireless Internet, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, 2 bikes, cooler and outdoor games are only some of the amenities which are included. There is even a ping pong table in the basement for those rainy days.

About the Owner

The Vineyard has always been a special place for our family, offering so many diverse and wonderful activities. Before purchasing we rented in Katama and realized you are going to drive to the beach anyway so why not be in town so you can walk to everything including a beach. As soon as you get on the ferry all your worries are gone and you are ready for a PVD (perfect Vineyard day). So many great memories have been created here. Now it's time you create yours. Sheila Bresnehan purchased this House in 1999

Great home for large family near Edgartown center

Home was great! Clean, open kitchen/family room with a deck that could sit a very large family. 4 good sized bedrooms. Bathrooms were beautiful. Easy to walk to Edgartown center. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
