Beautiful Cascades Townhome C802 awaits your visit on Eden! This beautifully landscaped vacation rental townhome is located between the white, sandy beaches of Eden. Our unit is furnished in a nautical theme that compliments the ocean backdrop.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom. Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom onto a balcony allowing you a direct view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has its own view of the ocean with two twin-sized beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room seats eight. The living room has a pull-out sofa and sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony furnished with a table, chairs, and chaise lounge for you to relax in and feel the warm ocean breezes.

The white, sandy beach offers swimming, surfing, shelling, sunbathing, snorkeling, fishing, or just a leisurely stroll against the backdrop of the shimmering Eden.

This Cascade Townhome C802 vacation rental rates $400 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Policy

50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We will be offering Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you'd like to take advantage of that.
