The Shannahan – Brown House was finished in 1891 and is recognized as one of the most significant late Victorian residences in Easton. Built by the prominent Shannahan family, the house has been in the possession of the Brown family for more than half a century. Situated on what was known as “Silk Stocking Row,” the neighborhood has survived and new residents are committed to preserving its charm. |
