Anna’s Breeze - beautiful, east end,  West Indian/Danish style home, with a large pool deck. Located in a gated community just a five minute drive east of Christiansted. This carefully appointed vacation villa has a floor plan to expand with the size of your party; from 3 BR 3-1/2 bath or 4 BR 4-1/2 bath, + a separate 1 BR/1BA guest house available for a total of 5 BR 5-1/2 bath.
 
Indoor amenities include: ultra quiet split system central air throughout all rooms, large 42” wide screen high def TV & entertainment center with I Pod hook up in the Great Room, wireless internet service, GE Profile appliances & beautiful tropical furnishings throughout.
 
Outdoor: large 400 sq. ft outdoor 'breakfast room', an amply furnished 500 sq. ft covered gallery, a 1500 sq. ft pool deck & lanai area w/two pools - a 12 ft x 22 ft/4  ft. deep patio pool with an adjoining eight feet diameter/1.5 ft. deep children’s wading pool, Weber barbecue & outdoor garden shower
 
About Anna's Breeze: Anna’s Breeze is your tropical vacation home away from home. Located adjacent to the beautiful Green Cay Marina and beach area on the island of St.Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Anna’s Breeze offers your family or group the perfect vacation getaway. With a 2500 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath main house and a separate 550 square ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house, Anna’s Breeze can comfortably accommodate a party of 2-12 people. There are ample indoor amenities and a great outdoor vacation living area.
 
Located in the gated Tamarind Reef community and adjacent to the Tamarind Reef Resort and prestigious Green Cay Marina, there is an abundance of nearby convenience including the protected Tamarind Reef Beach  complete with water-sports center,  the Galleon Restaurant, the Deep End Bar and Restaurant and  Capt. Heinz Buck Island Tours. 
 
Historic Christiansted town with its historic sites, restaurants, shoppes and eateries is just a 5 minute ride away.
St. Croix is conveniently located in the Caribbean just 3.5 hours by air south of New York City, 2 hours southeast of Miami, FL and 45 minutes southeast of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

About Susan Armstrong We have always loved the beautiful island of St. Croix. Our family of 7 visits St. Croix regularly to scuba dive, play tennis, dine, and relax in the sun. Susan Armstrong purchased this Villa in 2007 Why Susan Armstrong chose Estate Southgate Anna's Breeze is the perfect home. We can visit with our five children and family or friends and be very comfortable. With five bedrooms ensuite everyone has their own privacy. I love breakfast, lunch and dinner under the lanai, sunning on our lounge chairs and cooling off in the pool. It's perfect to be able to walk to the beach, the marina and two restaurants at the Tamarind Reef Resort. What makes this Villa unique Walking distance to the Green Cay Marina where you can take a lovely sail to Buck Island with Captain Heinz on Teroro or Dragonfly. Call (340) 718-3161 for reservations. Stop by The Tamarind Reef Resort Spa for a manicure or massage. Call to make an appointment (340) 718-3782. Enjoy drinks and fun at The Deep End Bar and Grill. Fine dining with a view can be found at The Galleon Restaurant.

Anna's Breeze was the prefect vacation spot for our getaway with 7 adults and 5 children. The pool was clean, house well maintained, and the location was easily accessible to everything we wanted to do! Susan and Somar were very accessible and made sure every prepartion had been made to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!

Great villa for large groups

Susan, villa was exactly as described. Somar was very prompt and helpful. We had fun on the island and always felt safe. There was still some rebuilding going on and the Tamarind Reef Resort beach bar was still closed. Best beaches were Shoys (5 minute drive) and Rainbow Beach on the west side of the island.

Had a great time at Anna's Breeze in St Croix, home is very comfortable and bedroom are large. Kitchen well supplied with everything we needed and the pool area was great. Cell phones and internet worked pretty good all things considered. Verizon did work but occasionally spotty. Considering that St. Croix experienced 2 hurricanes 4 months ago the island is recovering nicely. Lots to do but progress is being made. Thank you Susan for sharing your special home with us, great valu for the money! Tom
